As of today a new nationwide law goes into effect.non removable permanant wheel chair lifts are required by law at every public swimming pool.the result could mean many pools will close. Hearing about this caused me personal sadness as I had plans for the summer with my grandkids at a hotel with a pool. And now I have no idea if the pool will remain open.
