Obama (supposedly) registered on 7/29/1980, (supposedly) in Hawaii, one month before I did.
He (supposedly) registered BEFORE I did. My number is LOWER than his. I’m not sure of the significance or how the numbers are assigned.

I had heard that all SSS applications where sent to Illinois for processing (how coincidental). So it would be a question of when the forms were collected in a particular state and sent for processing in Illinois. But since we know Obama has forged his, it all seems somewhat irrelevant.
The best data for comparison would be to get other Hawaii submissions from the same time period as Obama’s.
