We’ve all known it was a manufactured document for months now, Sheriff Joe is late to that party. Proving that the information in the fake BC is a different matter, and unless he can do something about it prima facie, i.e. that a fraudulent document was submitted in response to a state law or something, he won’t get any further than anyone else has with this.

Not sure if you are aware, but Obama’s attorney in Georgia submitted the fraudulent LFBC to the Georgia Secretary of State as proof of elgibility. It isn’t completely clear if this was “entered as evidence” under the rules of a court, but it certainly was identified as proof.
I believe there have been other instances in other states where Obama’s representatives have at the very least mentioned the LFBC that was presented in April 2011 as legitimate proof of his birth in Hawaii.
