Andrew had been in a bar earlier that evening. He could have been darted anywhere.

From what I’ve read, the darts just disintergrate after impact.

The dart melts pretty quickly in the human body.

Video posted several days ago shows dart that is “frozen projectile “is that thaws after being shot in. Leaves only small.red spot of entry. Hummm?

HCN freezes at 8°F. A sliver of frozen HCN from some device which penetrates the skin, and there won't be anything left over after a few seconds.

Not to get to focused on this, there are a number of ways to assassinate people. His death was just a little too convenient for my taste.
