I used to do audits in centers. You wouldn’t believe the multiple wives that got benefits. I bet that’s why Michigan let’s people get away with it.

The government set up booths at county fairs to have people stop by and apply for welfare, food stamps, etc. in PA a few years ago. The head of DPW told her people to “Qualify, don’t verify.” any applicant.
