I downloaded EFAD on friday, and then read the entire book over this weekend. It was just as good on the second reading. I still have the one you mailed me years ago. A fine piece of writing!
I finally downloaded EFAD to a PC Kindle app. I had to break out my backup computer with a windows operating system to take the app, then figure out an old Amazon account, then download it, then order the fantastic EFAD.
Finally did it though. I have posted the #EFAD in a few places, wish I had done more. It has been a useful effort, with a few hours to go there may be a few outlets that we can yet reach.
