it offers to disregard and 'exempt' amazon in firefox, and when i go ahead and proceed, it says that theres a possibility that someone is attempting to disguiese themselves as the website...
im not a tech geek, so i backed out, AND tried to download the married chick boot to see, and that one did the same thing...
i loaded the kindle from amazon, filehippo and cnet...all three have gone thru the motions, and then failed to open in the desktop...
and all of this is on my home laptop, simple firefox/windoze firewall type system, the same that worked w/o a glitch a couple days ago on the home pc...
just paranoid that these a-holes didnt nuke the whols kindle program across the board...
I don’t think they can screw with Amazon Kindle, it is made to be bulletproof even with millions of D/Ls per hour as the norm. We’re not even a blip yet.
