Answer this: there has been, is now, and always will be a dominant world military power. If that crackpot Paul gutted the US military and closed ALL (Yes that lunatic actually said “ALL”) foreign US bases that dominant power would no no longer be the US. What nation or group would you like to have become that dominant world military power?
