Jimmy Carter was so decent and such a fine social conservative - married faithfully to one woman, nice loving family, he even taught Sunday school. Compared to those insiders from Washington, he seemed like the ideal person to be President. He wasn’t.
I urge you to do more research. Santorum is NOT the conservative people believe him to be, and he has never apologized for his screwups or borderline illegalities.
