There also are signs of earthquake in the subterranean area under the altar of the Church of the Sepulchre, where the cross supposedly stood

interestingly local guides claim the site wher the cross stood also was the site where Cain slew Able, the first blood spilled by man

I love the Holy Land, all the locals talk about the stories of the places as if they happened last year. Who knows fact from legend, but it sure is interesting. One site that is bona fide is Garden of Gethsemane- awesome spiritual place
