To: FARS; A'elian' nation; little jeremiah
Now I know why so many people were asking if he was from Hawaii.

It seems to have been coming from one individual person.

@Ga judge, Michael Malihi, hmmmmm sounds Hawaiian.
@This judge’s name is Michael Malihi which sounds very Hawaiian.

Two replies seems sufficient evidence.

I lived in Hawaii for many years, and since Hawaiian doesn’t have very many vowels, the name Malihi had a certain sound to it. There’s a part of Oahu named Kalihi, and a word “malihini” which means “newcomer”; I didn’t know one way or another, I just tossed in a speculation.
