Seems the judge chose to ignore that it is the Parentage NOT the physical location of birth which determines if one qualifies for "Natural Born Citizen" You CANNOT be a "Natural Born Citizen" if one of your parents is a Keynan.

The physical location of birth is half of it, not irrelevant.

No, it only means the judge ignored the made-up birther definition.
