Two of the plaintiffs stipulated that Obama was born in Hawaii. Orly’s “evidence” was not found credible.
What about the fraudulent SSN? Wasn’t that part of the case? Guess I will just continue to pray for divine intervention and hope that what goes around comes around his way - in spades.
Attorney Hatfield submitted to the court a ‘Notice to Produce’ documents, and on top of the Notice to Produce was for Obama to submit to the court his original birth records from Hawaii. It is a bit disingenuous that this judge that his plaintiffs took Obama’s word at face value.
First, until they detach Obama’s name from their pursuit, it will be dismissed as racial politics, or simply without merit...by both parties.
Second, if you can't convince your allies, you sure as hell won't convince your opponents. Instead of screeeeeching about a conspiracy of silence, places like the Heritage Foundation and other conservative thinkers need to sold on the theory and justification for NBC before it will ever make its way out of the basement.
Nobody stipulated Obama was born in Hawaii. The judge said the evidence had little probabative value.
