Just change the offensive word in an acronym to a euphemistic synonym, e. g., FUBAR = “Fouled” Up Beyond All Recognition; SHFT = “Slop” Hits The Fan; BS = “Barbara Streisand”, etc, etc.
In speech one can do that, but not while reading.
As usual, more young, “hip”, less conservative people who are more impressionable have degraded a movement that had been pretty conservative for the first generations, this is a culture wide phenomena, we see it everywhere in our left driven culture, coarseness, for the pure sake of being coarse.
He is just being narcissistic and wants the world to recognize him as having been a “survivalist” for years before most people. Let’s all pat him on the head and say “Good job, Ansy” and let him be. The fact is he describes himself as one of the nutty type of survivalist, the type that claims they don’t need to prep, they’ll just kill the rest of us and take what they need.
