Been burned so many times with screaming headlines about subpenas and victories and court decisions that were nothing more than forms written by Orly Taitz that were "filed" with the court. I could file a ham sandwich and get a receipt from some clerk and claim "the court has accepted blah blah blah". That being said....
ABC news is reporting it now so this seems legit (for a change)
