Can someone please give me a clean link to the most recent Jack Maskell CRS report on President Obama's eligibility, and possibly references to the pages where Minor is discussed and NBC status is defined?
I find this hilarious on multiple levels.
1. The Silly bugger doesn't seem to know how to use the internet.
2. The Silly bugger doesn't seem to know that one of the criticism of the Jack Maskell report is that it didn't deal with Minor v Happersett.
3. The Silly bugger thought *I* was the ignorant\stupid one. :)

While I would love to see something come of us, I think we need not get excited about it. Nothing touches this guy. Nothing but electing him out of office in November will. And on even that point, I’m unsure with the stupidity of nearly half the nation.
As we speak, assuming this story is true there are already folks “creating” documents which will be passed off as real.
I will say one thing...it is curious and ought to be by everyone that he won’t simply just put this stuff to rest and show what is wanted. Why go through all of this? Could his ego be that enormous? I think it goes beyond that.
The “birthers” have been made out by the left AND the right to be loons. Well, I say they are patriots who are doing SOMETHING while everyone else does next to nothing.
ANYONE quoting from the Maskell Report is an IDIOT. The mis-quotes, the lies, and the outright fabrications in that “memo” is appalling. Any employee in a law firm producing THAT as a legal memo would have gotten summarily FIRED. With feeling.
The Maskell Memo is total bull*hit. Anyone quoting from it is full of bull*hit.
