the fence in Arizona was a huge, hyper-expensive failure also.

I know there’s gotta be a way to seal the border but it’s not just ‘build a fence.’ Or some cutesy comment about a moat with alligators.
Rick Perry has given a lot of thought to this problem and even gone to Israel to confer with their border people. He will be the one to solve this problem is anyone can.

That fence I referred to in Arizona was a ‘virtual fence.’
They spent mega millions on it only to find out it didn’t work. they could have found that out before they spent the money but you know the feds.
