Hes his own weird brand of dumbed down Ayn Randianism. Lets be fair here, Ayn Rand absolutely hated libertarians. She called the Libertarians of her day (which were Paul's mentors) 'Hippies of the Right who trade capitalism for anarchy and reason for whims' (paraphrased).
