However, if the Virginia ballot stands, VA voters should vote Paul just to deprive Romney of the delegates.

The Virginia AG Ken Cuccinelli has joined Gingrich and Perry in proposing a timely change of party rules and statutes to accommodate other candidates. It has also been reported that he is joined by Governor Robert McDonnell (who I believe is regrettably supporting the Mittwit and Lieutenant Governor Bolling, Mittwit’s campaign manager in VA, to be governor in 2013 against Cuccinelli). One suspects that this will cinch the opening of the VA primary.
