I have read over 100 articles about Newt in news archives over just the past couple days. I have followed him closely, especially when he slammed the TP by endorsing Scozzafava. He cozied up with Clinton and moderates in 1995, torpedoing the chance for deep budget cuts. By harping on the Lewinsky scandal, (meanwhile boinking a staffer), Republicans netted a loss of 5 congressional seats when the GOP was looking at a gain of 30 seats in 1998.
Newt has big credibility issues. What he says and what he does are two different things. No way he can beat Obama.
