How stupid can Repubs be?
A rhetorical question; needing no answer; at this time. We know the RNC has it's own brand of stupidity as well.(i.e. telling Repubs to NOT criticize Obama; lest they offend those who 'feel sorry for him'. This even worse, perhaps; that Ron Paul "cases". . .and of course, the kind of judgment that allowed an Obama victory last election.
Because of his constitutionalism. So far the Republican Party establishment seems to believe they can safely pretend that's not really an issue, and keep giving us champions of New Deal style Big Government to choose from.
Maybe one day they'll choke to death on them.

The headline and story don’t quite matchup. Disappointing, as I generally trust IBD compared to other media.

Because most Americans are not neo-cons. They view the Federal reserve as more of an immediate threat to their way of life than a bunch of yahoos half way across the world.
And they happen to be right.
