Wyatt apparently had developed gender identity confusion in his early years.

Apparently? They are going to mutilate a kid's body based on an apparently? Apparently the parents were deranged.

I confess to playing with dolls when I was little because I felt sorry for my sister (the closest to me in age) because she had no sisters whereas I had three and eventually five brothers.

My youngest daughter wanted her hair short, wore a baseball cap and wanted to help Dad work with hand tools up until she turned nine. I confess to enjoying it because I had three daughters and no sons.

But in both cases, we grew out of our supposed confusion because we had parents who understood kids go through various stages and eventually discover reality. You don't try to change reality to fit their temporary fantasy world.

I can relate. My youngest daughter, a beautiful 21 now, is still perfectly happy splitting cordwood with a maul, a wedge and a sledge.

No confusion whatsoever about her gender btw!
