Despite the permissible omission of the implied subject ("It is") it is still required to capitalize the first word in the resultant, albeit malformed, sentence.
Normally a formal title, such as "Grammar Nazi" is also capitalized.
Your use of a comma following this appellation is also an error. The word "thanks" in this context presupposes both the subject (I) and the object (you) thus forming a complete thought on its own. This renders your statement a run-on sentence, notwithstanding the lack of a period to signal the end of the thought. (Such as it is.)
You may think this to be trivial. I assure you it is not. The form which thoughts take in their expression is highly indicative of their essential quality.
In language, as in nature, form and function are one.
If you are going to persist in trolling liberal sites as a representative of conservatives, most of us would prefer that you do it in a manner which reflects well on our collective literacy.
