Part of what is impressive is when ‘Emeritus’ or Senior-status scientists move against “Anthropogenic Climate Change”. These are the scientists who are no longer tied to the feeding trough of the grant process and thus may have a more equitable viewpoint. It is hard to fight against the money train when the ‘establishment’ has a singular ‘consensus’.
