Trump needs to use some of his cash for the most thorough investigation that’s been done behind the scenes. I would love for a lot of undeniable proof of Obama’s past came out, and Trump does have the money for getting everything there is out there on Obama while keeping it quite until he feels he should use it. I wouldn’t doubt that Obama got him PO enough last time he started digging up what he could back then. There is so much that’s unknown about Obama that at least some of it is out there to be discovered if someone has the funds to hire experts to dig it up
