Hillary is Gender-Challenged. Her entire diplomatic security detachment are women in men's bodies. She and Pres. Obama celebrate Gay MONTH throughout JUNE since Obama came into office. The US Dept of State will pay a housing allowance for a girlfriend/boyfriend "member of household" in the absence of the foreign service officer, e.g., providing housing for both the declared foreign service officer and their declared member of household. Gay friends under the Department of State hiring guidelines get Family Member type hiring status. If you are a Management Officer at an Embassy or Consulate and you do not implement the Department's Gay Friendly Directives for celebrations/holiday (same as Black history, Asian Pacific Islander, Native American, Hispanic History MONTHS), and hire the "Members of Household (MOH)", you risk Equal Opporutnity complaints or avenues of address open to unmarried family members.
The best part is that if a non-Gay foreign service officer has heterosexual (non-gender challenged) boyfirend or girlfriend, e.g., traditional pairing of humans they cannot get free housing or jobs for their "friends".
Hillary and President Obama has implemented Gay Rights in the Federal Government, without funding authorization from the Congress.
Funny she doesn’t seem to concerned about the anti-democratic wave in Europe.
