On the other hand a whole big bunch of folks who've worked at DOE, or on DOE contracts over the years, some with Rossi, appear to have bought into the whole LENR thing right up to their arm pits ~ right Johnny B?
And neither you nor I really have enough information available to us to figure out what the DOE related folks are up to or what they know.
Andrea Rossi's Miami Beach address as registered with the Florida Secretary of State for his "Leonardo Corporation". This is a 5th floor apartment that he claims is his business address for building his products. So, Rossi is claiming to be building nuclear fusion devices in an apartment! lol!
