Rossi’s point is legitimate here it would be completely irrational for him to let Celani take a look at his designs etc. and then copy them.

All Rossi has to do is have someone witness the test, what can they learn unless they take it apart? I'll answer that, they would learn that it doesn't work.

Note the 30 years experienced customer Rossi is talking about could be the US military which he has had contracts with before.
