Correct. I also find it interesting that while they are against placing the screening process on the employer with E-Verify, one of the main components of their Red Card is mandating these "employment agents" perform the screening! WTH is the difference?
Hey, under the ‘red card’ program, anyone an employer’s agent picks is, pretty much by definition, legal. E.g., one muslim employer could bring in as many employees from Yemen or Pakistan or wherever that it would like.
