He was supposed to produce TE devices of 20% efficiency. I seem to recall that when it was time for someone else besides Rossi or his staffers to test the device, his NH factory burned down. Since then, his TE devices had a high failure rate and an efficiency of 1%. He was never again able to create a TE that worked like the ones he tested at 20% efficiency. I wonder why?

It sounds like you have a lot of emotional energy tied up in this thing. If I were you, I would step back and disconnect yourself from this. If it works, great, if the Govs let them be manufactured and used, the world would be much better off. Use the ECAT to create heat or pre-heat heat for a boiler (providing they don't figure out a way to do it from the ECAT) and use the hydrocarbons for fuel for cars. I wonder how much percentage of oil is used for uses other than for transport (cars, buses, trains, planes)? All that would be eliminated if this thing works.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that have some serious emotions tied up in this and when the scam is revealed, I fear for their mental health.
