As a US citizen you can go to any state and be entitled to all privileges and immunities of any other citizen in that state.

It doesn't mean you can do gay marriage in Massachusetts and be married in Indiana ~ far from it.

There is no amendment concerning gay marriage, also it does not say all citizens in that state, it says citizens in the several states

here it is again.
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
