Imagine the chatter in the White House tonight, and how they would want this fellow as their opponent. Perhaps their only last chance to keep the Presidency. I would imagine that is the scuttlebutt. So expect the smear machine against Herman Cain to kick up a few notches over the next few days, mark my word (the one they DO NOT want to run against).
Maybe it’s time to give GOP candidate Buddy Roemer a chance to debate, most of the others are fading fast, or at least their programs are not catching fire, or else are going down in flames.

They would slaughter him. They would flatten him like Gumby.
But of course, that's not going to happen either.
No nomination for you, Governor. You should quit. And take Bachmann, Santorum and Huntsman with you. (I know it's unrealistic to call for Ron Paul to drop out, or I would include him, too.)
This race should get down to Romney (boo!), Cain and Gingrich... and yeah, Paul's going to hang out on the sidelines, I know that.
