Via Business Insider. A few choice quotes. Larry Sabato:
To my memory, Perrys forgetfulness is the most devastating moment of any modern primary debate.
Rich Lowry:
That might be the most uncomfortable moment Ive ever witnessed in presidential politics.

Update: CNN, live in the spin room: Im sure glad I had my boots on because I sure stepped in it out there.
Update: WaPos Aaron Blake tweets: Top Perry fundraiser to me: Perry campaign is over. Time for him to go home and refocus on being Gov of TX.

“Actuually, to me, that was equally stunning...they booed the moderators when they asked about it and roared when Cain explained it...again. “
A couple of decades, before the Internet, I used to get letters published in a couple of big local newspapers. I would bring them to work to show them off. Some were really good and funnier than heck (at least in my opinion). But a strange thing happened. I got one mediocre letter published where I attacked the media, rather than liberals, and people TOTALLY latched on that - and these were not political junkies like ourselves, they were average people.
I was really surprised then that these people had such hatred towards the media - it seems that it’s just ingrained in people. So the reaction to the media attacking Cain doesn’t surprise me - and in a way I feel bad for the journalist, because he MUST ask that question (or risk not being invited to journalist parties), and I’m sure he knew what was coming.

“LOL, made me think of this...”Mornin’ Ralph......Mornin’ Sam.””
Yea, a HILARIOUS cartoon. I made a similar reference last weekend when I teased the Ohio babe regarding our Morning Break time. Someone else posted the same cartoon picture. We found one on YouTube (actually, it looks like many are out there) and my kids LOVED it.
Who do you like.
Maybe not, but they sure as hell watch the news and it will be on every channel tomorrow and be fodder for Saturday night Live and every comedian in America.
Which is good for Perry because nobody knows his name.
"Pain medicine not working."
.. excuses that the governor of Texas could use to bow out gracefully NOW.
Can you think of any others?
I hope he stays in for a little while.Let say Goodbye to Huntsman,Ron Paul .
“Nobody but us and a few other people watch these debates.”
If you are a GOP delegate who will be voting for who will be the Nominee, you watched the debate. Debate performances DO matter.
Post. Of. The Week.
If he reaches that far. That was not my point. The point was people are saying he is done after tonight.I don’t think so but I might be wrong.
It's a shame because Perry was doing far better in this debate than in prior ones and he did, later, recall the third department.
Cain, should be thanking God this distracts from his campaign's problems even briefly even after his dismissive "princess Pelosi" remark gave new fuel to that fire.
He won't be around in 6 weeks. Too bad. I thought he'd be a big player, but he's done.
He said he thought Newt Gingrich was "totally impressive" and the smartest, most qualified man in America to be POTUS.
I hear theres a reverse mortgage company looking for a spokesman, if you get my drift...
LOL! That’s very funny....
“that the Lord in His justice would confound and tongue-tie such a person as punishment”
Well, it worked on Perry.... just sayin....
He would be a helluve a lot better than that Obongo character, THATS for SURE.
Perry gets himself into trouble, and what pops into to his mind?
Animal feces.
