There is no legal action here. Cain is trying to convince a majority of voters to vote for him to be president. That's why he has to convince people he didn't do it or it's irrelevant.

For the record I don't believe All-Red's latest shill. I don't know about the women who settled, but nobody has even said what he supposedly did there, so I can't take it too seriously. But some voters will. Everyone will decide for themselves, and it doesn't help him.
