Lost in storage raises too many questions. Someone had to pick it up and it somehow had to make its way into storage. Thats the sort of chain of events that a prosecutor will never let go of. I think more likely just tossed or even given back to the snitch. The real cover up then is to simply ‘miss’ any wound caused by that third gun on the body. No wounds and it was never there.

Too many loose ends there, too. The tape says a trace was done on the serial number. There would be records of that. If the snitch has it, he has a hammer over whoever gave it too him. There are many photographs of a crime scene as well. Lots of people to be interviewed... is that why two illegals arrested at the scene were sent back to Mexico... inconvenient witnesses?

I think there are too many loose ends here to tie up. They were able to do it during WACO with full support of both Democrats, Republicans, and the MSM. The Republicans have a lot more tea party members now, and the MSM has lost a lot of clout and credibility. Rush was never willing to take on the MSM about Waco, but he is in full up accusation mode about Fast and Furious. Issa is proving to be a champ on this so far. He may go down in history as the man who saved the Republic.
