The mere fact that the FBI is raising a fuss instead of simply giving the committee what they want raises a red flag.

Gunwalker ping.

The question is, where is the “third gun”? I doubt that an FBI agent just threw it in a landfill somewhere. Too risky. I think it would have been “lost” in storage somewhere to allow for plausible deniability. Of course, I could be wrong. Most of the evidence from the Waco massacre was bulldozed, labeled as “toxic waste”, and put in a landfill.

I don’t know why all the mystery, just have reporters go talk to the first responders at the murder scene, Border Patrol Agents, Arizona Law Enforcement, Medical crews. Get the audio tapes of the incident. I wouldn’t be surprised if some officer didnt have a cell phone photo of the weapons at the scene, maybe they will turn up after more people are put under oath? The FBI was highly unlikely to be first responders at the scene unless they were tracking their guy...that in itself would be damning.

Not giving information about the number and type of weapons used in a murder because its an ongoing investigation is baloney. It is subject to discovery by the defense and in fact is required to be turned over to the defense. Anyone talk to the defense counsel? They better be demanding all evidence in the case if they don’t have it already.

Three bandits and only two weapons found? Which bandit didnt have a stinking badge or gun?
