Cain did well, but he is to succinct, he needs to speak longer, he doesn’t use all the time granted to him, as a politician that is an amazing quality, but not sure it’s smart at this point.

Cain also needs to cover other aspects of his plan that deals with the economy, besides 999. Maybe he can in another debate. They kept bringing up 999 so he had to respond to that. They could have asked him about the empowerment zones for bringing business and jibs back to inner cities for boosting the economy and reducing welfare and unemployment rolls.
