Mr. Adler is your typical, run of the mill, everyday liberal ass hat. His piece, augmented with his further comments to those who disagreed with him make that as plain as day. One of the comments on this tripe goes on to say that the REAL problem is that the USSC has judges on its panel like Thomas, Scalia, Roberts, et al.
Mr. Adler deserves no further attention, except to laugh at his circus clown economics review.
