“Sarah’s Army may have lost some volunteers today but alot of us are still here just waiting for orders.”

Most will be back after some time. Deep down they know they are needed to help defeat Obama..the Marxist Bustud...we will not let him destroy this country.

America is crying tonight, you have broken her heart and made yourself and the tea party look like losers...undo this tragic mistake.

Why on earth would she or the Tea Party look like losers, since she's decided not to run? Tea Partiers are supporting conservative congressional candidates all over this country, and I daresay Sarah will weigh in, and will still be welcomed by those candidates, because she is still the positive, upbeat person she was yesterday. And not being tied to a campaign, she can pile on the Obama administration, and push common sense conservative solutions to the problems created by liberals!

Longer Term: 2016 or 2020 are still in play...Palin is very young.

Unfortunately, we can't wait for 2016 or 2020. Thanks to the walking human disaster that is Barack Obama, we needed Sarah NOW. And she wasn't there.

Three years ago, they were reporting the same nonsense... something about Sarah throwing her wedding ring in the lake, divorcing Todd, and moving to the lower-48. Total garbage. The Enquirer also reported some story about Todd and prostitutes this past summer, which was also proven to be total lies. The Enquirer has been non-stop lies when it comes to Palin. Many, many times.

Why buy into the notion that it is ‘believable?’ This whole month was a massive smear-campaign against her, trying to defame her every way from sundown, trying to beat her down with the public in case she got into the presidential race. Did you even listen to the radio interview with Todd this past Sunday?

Oh, well. Nevermind. Just always keep in mind that at least 90% of what is reported about Palin is guaranteed lies (and that goes 100% when from the Enquirer).

I respect Palin’s decision, but I will not help the GOP in any way shape or form. The GOP establishment let the media and the Democratic Party attack her over and over again. THEY DID NOTHING on behalf of a person who loves this country and who supports the Constitution. TO HELL WITH THE GOP, they don't care about this country any more than the Democrats do. As my dad would say, you made your bed, now sleep in it.

AMEN!! I propose starting an actual Tea Party and drafting Palin as our nominee. Like you, the GOP is dead to me and won't receive my vote for president.

And......just once, I'd like to go to a pro-Palin thread without having to deal with the anti-Palin shitheads who I've come to really despise.

“Heck, if the GOP nominee turns out to be Romney, I’ll can almost promise I’ll ‘write-in’ Palin as my vote!”

I will do the same.

Yes, the anti-Palin shitheads were something. Like you, I won’t be voting for any of them.

As a “crow eater” myself...try marinating with Wishbone Zesty Italian, and lemon juice...make it tender, and less gamey. ;-}

“Bachmann is a true conservative. but she can’t win.”

Well, with Sarah out, on principle Bachmann is going to get my vote even if she can’t win - I’m voting my values, not just to beat Obama. Of course, this is assuming that by the time I get to vote she hasn’t dropped out. Then I guess the next choice would be Cain....but I don’t think his business experience is proper preparation to be POTUS. Also, his 999 plan just isn’t going to fly...and I don’t support it. I don’t want to pay a high sales tax and still pay income tax. My federal income taxes, after mortgage...charity...and other deductions is at about 9% already. So, why should I support something that is going to make me (65-80K a year middle class family) pay more? That dog don’t hunt for me.

Essentially, we are now left with no one to really get excited about voting for.....I am troubled.

To italicize, copy and paste the quote, then BEFORE the quote, put in the left ‘angle bracket’ character <, then i, then the right ‘angle bracket’ character. Then AFTER the quote, put in the same characters with the back slash between the left angle bracket and the i, like so; </i> What ever is placed between those two sets of marks will be italicized. Try it to see if it works. It should show up as italicized in the Preview.

I just have a nagging feeling that there is more to her decision that we don’t know- perhaps family illnesses or threats?? I am very down because it seems as tho EVIL won.

I disagree. She is mistaken to think she can have a bigger influence now. She has lost a good chunk of that. I respect her decision, even though I’m REALLY bitter right now and wish I was a drinker. I will get over it and will always admire her, but HER supporters don’t need anyone to tell us who to vote for. And her non supporters won’t care what she says..... I’m afraid her influence will begin to diminish. She was only supported so greatly because of what she would DO, not because she’s a great speaker.... Conservatives don’t need a rock star, we need a janitor.....someone to clean up all the CRAP in DC... she could have done that....
