The way Hussein constructed the sentence (even assuming he really did mean "janitor" instead of "Jew") it makes no sense -- why would he want billionaires to pay the same tax rate as a janitor? There is no doubt he meant to say "billionaires should not have to pay the Jew/Janitor tax rate." ....meaning he thinks that Jews somehow swindle their way into paying lower tax rates than their incomes call for.
