No he is not. His parents were not born here. Therefore he does not meet the qualification of a being natural born citizen as defined in Constitutional law. I know they gave Obama a pass and people are afraid to address the issue for fear of race riots. But the truth is the truth. Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires a candidate for the Office of the President of the United States to be a Natural Born Citizen to prevent dual allegiance and foreign influence.

The Supreme court case of 1875 Minor V Happersett, 88,U.S. 162 set precedent that has not been overturned that natural born citizen is defined as born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents. Rubio does not meet that requirement like it or not.

If he does he will be serving illegally just as Obama is illegally serving as President of the U.S. We all know liberals and Democrats don’t give a rats rear about the Constitution or abiding by the rule of law perhaps Republicans won’t either.

Either way the issue is not going away until it is resolved.
