Restart.....probably but only after much pain.
Hard to see the big picture when executive branch wants it one way, the military wants it another, Congress goes with the one with the most monies for re-election, the world wants to travel another path and so on. No one person really has the answer for all problems and no one really knows what they are doing anyway to fix anything.
Take care of yourself while your waiting. Waiting for what? I don’t know.
