I understand that the opt-out process is awful! Forms to the state to get forms FROM the state. Private schools can decide if parents opt out the kid can’t attend that school.

Perry should undo what he did - the vaccine is available for those who WANT it. I still believe in encouraging and expecting our young women (our children at 11-12 years old) to abstain from harmful behaviors. Parents should be in control as LONG as they are responsible for the children - 18 in most states - unlike most of the “health privacy” laws.
