They hype is about job creation and who can lead us back to prosperity along the lines of Reagan. This election is not about Gardasil or in-state tuition for illegal. It is about JOBS. Perry has governed Texas for the last 10 years, and our state, under his leadership, has created 40% of ALL the new jobs in the United States in the past two years. Perry is the conservative to Romney’s RINO. He has never lost an election, and he will wipe the floor with Obama in 2012. That’s why the hype.

We the people will decide what this election is about. And government does not create jobs.

My governor is Scott Walker ... I have a first-hand perspective of what a genuine conservative governor looks like, and Rick Perry doesn't measure up. There's not a candidate on that stage who would lose to Obama or "create" fewer jobs than Obama did. Even Huntsman would beat Obama. If the Perry hype is all about creating jobs and beating Obama, we've already "won" because Obama has defeated himself so thoroughly for us. Wasting an opportunity like this on a weak conservative is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Pure foolishness. I hope my fellow conservatives are made of sturdier material than that.
