i don’t know about e-verify. but many people have done a lot of research on this SSN. it was on the Selective Service form, that many people think is a forgery.

and under the rules at the time, the only way he could of got a Connecticut SSN as a Hawaiian teenager, would be to go to CT, and apply in person. which he didn’t...

Totally false. Since 1972 the SSA has been issuing numbers from the central Baltimore office and the region number in the SSN is issued based on the ZIP code listed on the application form ... regardless of where the applicant actually lived or applied.
