It is notorious that dramatically better emerging technology is "disruptive" and as a result has great difficulty in making it into the marketplace. the extensive work of Dr. Christiansen of Harvard Business School, particularly his classic "The Innovator's Dilemma." I would doubt, based on this nonsensical response by you that you have have had any experience working with bringing disruptive technology into the marketplace. Am I not correct? The way the two funds are set up indicates that Governor Perrty is capable of being forcefully articulate in expressing their purposes and in recognizing market realities whereas you appear to be incapable of comprhending the actual purposes of their being established and seem to have no knowledge of the actualities of the marketplace.
