The La Raza and MEChA folks are delusional. Period. If they really tried, they might reach the IRA level of terrorist. But that would be their high water mark.
More likely they’d become like the Weathermen or FALN, get a few spectacular attacks in and then spend the rest of the time blowing themselves up trying to build homemade bombs.
