Really? What has she said or done that makes you think that. There has to be some 'sign' that you've read or seen to make you think that way. What may that be?

She hasn’t said she’s running and she hasn’t announced her candidacy. That makes me and a lot of other people think she isn’t running. If she wants to run for President its fine with me I just see zero indication that she will. Its a lot of work to get on the ballot of 50 states. It takes some time. Time is running out.
I’m not impressed with her record in Alaska as Governor.
And she quit, no way around that, she quit regardless of why (even though she had to quit because of a Law she pushed through that came back to bite her). Most won’t understand that.
Alaska is a thinly populated state so even if her record was exceptional, it doesn’t mean much. IMO
Then she became a raality star, not a plus, imo. And the constant slams against her and her family won’t help. It’s not fair but it is what it is.
Libs and dems vote for those type of people. Like Obama.
