I feel the same way. It's just that I think our odds of getting rid of him are better if we concentrate on voting him out.

I have never considered a point you seem to imply: if 'bam's presidency is determined to be illegitimate, then can the judges he appointed be recalled. I'm doubtful, since congress ratified their nomination.

But, if that outcome were to follow, then I take back everything I've written. Joyfully.

It would be hotly contested, no doubt. However, the Congress is only given purvue to ratify a candidate selected by the President. If the President is proven illegitimate ... an usurper ... then it is entirely arguable his choices were not offered in good faith of the Constitution or the constituency. At a minimum, I believe his appointments would necessarily be re-considered and re-ratified. Again, it would be hotly contested, but that is my $.02.

And, if the best we can do is vote him out -- I'm happy to do my part in that effort as well. I can juggle both tasks.
