In this election he will be asked to provide his BC. Since he put it on the Internet, why could he refuse? If he provides a copy, it will be found to be a forgery. So does he DARE provide it? NO. How will it look when he refuses?\

Orly Taitz has cases, right now, in U.S. District Court in Hawaii and in State Court to enforce subpoenas issued in a Federal court case in California. Sept 14th, the officials in Hawaii have to authorize Orly and her team access to Obama’s records or show cause why they shouldn't have to. They have no case. Hawaii law has an exception to their privacy law if the documents are needed in a court case. Also how can they object when Obama has released his BC to the whole world on the Internet?

This game is just about over. Obama the fraud is about to be exposed. Birthers about to have the last laugh. Too bad it has taken 3 years. His Martha's Vineyard vacation will be his last as president. I hope he enjoys it.

Oh and by the way, Orly's case is really about Obama’s fraudulent social security number. The birth certificate is a side issue to the case as you need a BC to get an SSN. Using the fraudulent social security number, a felony, will send Obozo to jail. Trust me, this guy is FINISHED. Stick a fork in him, he's done.

The fraud of the century EXPOSED. I can't wait.

Wrong. The 9/14 hearing in Hawaii is not a show cause hearing. The HDoH is not being asked to explain why Orly isn't entitled to inspect their vital records.

The hearing is on Orly's Motion to Compel. The purpose is for Orly to explain to the court why she is entitled to inspect them.

Significant difference - proving a claim vs. disproving a claim
